Kate Adey

Kate is a leadership and executive coach, and author of The Other Way. She works with senior leaders ready to lead themselves differently and sustainably creating cultures where professional excellence and human wholeness aren’t in opposition. The leaders she works with see improvements in their relationships at home and work, rising productivity in themselves and their teams, and new opportunities with clients. Kate also brings 20 years of leadership development and coaching into co-creating bespoke initiatives for parents returning from parental leave, and their managers supporting them through it.
