About your tutor

Your tutor Tracey Westell FCICM has been in credit management for over 29 years, during this period she have gained a wealth of experience in many industry sectors, including blue-chip, public, and private sectors.

Tracey continually endeavour to work to share her knowledge and skills to help business strive for more profitable and growth for the future.

She is always a keen and passionate advocate of credit management – ‘I want to show that having great credit management in a business opens so many more opportunities than if you don’t invest in it. It opens doors to stability, growth and increased profits, which is what every business wants to achieve – and it all starts with credit management’

She is keen to help remove the sigma of discussing declining cash flow, as every business has had issues with this in the past, no one is immune.

She has been a winner and finalist of many businesses awards, and is renowned within her network as an expert in her field. This was true when Tracey was awarded the CICM Fellowship in 2019 along with Meritorious Service Medal in 2020, being recognised by her peers of her knowledge and skills in what she loves – Credit Management.
