With a background in the House of Commons working on strategy, planning and performance, I love to mentor small business and help them to grow. Having a strategy gives you a road map to work to and monitor your performance against - just like the big corporates do. I work with businesses to create a business plan so that they know exactly what they are offering and to who -and measure the results that they are getting. Once you know what works, and what doesn't, you can make changes accordingly or do more of the same to build your business.
